Basic Salary:
$2,000 (2,600 CAD)per 2 weeks, payable twice a month
from the day of 1st transaction,
and 2.50% from any incoming transaction

Annual Salary:
$48,000 (62,400 CAD)

Job Location:
USA and Canada

Minimum Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent;

Interview:
Not required for part-time positions, but we can interview you by phone if we decided so.

Job Type:
Home Office, Part-Time. Or you can easily combine it with any other job you have.
To become a Customer Service Officer you must have good organizational skills and be able to work under deadline pressure.
Customer Service Officer is engaged in processing clients transactions, document support, scan and send mail and business correspondence. He works in a team with the office coordinator, receiving information in due time and timely informing office coordinator about the work flow or of individual stages of the task performed.
Customer Service Officer act as a finance specialist making sure that the most effective way of payments is utilized for a client. Everything from government regulations, costs, documentation requirements and even banking policies may be the responsibility.

Job Activities:
1. Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing transactions.
2. Determine most effective way of payments, using knowledge of transaction procedures, policies, and rates.
3. Processing payments for our company clients.
4. Information and support of the team.
5. Transactions document support.
6. Processing mail, business correspondence.
7. React immediately to all notifications (emails, sms, phone calls).
8. Opening bank or e-currency accounts for company needs.
9. Keep all records and follow Office Coordinator’s instructions at our Virtual Office.
