Responsibilities:
Remote Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries by phone or videoconference, providing information and resolving concerns.
Request Management: Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
File Follow-Up: Ensure rigorous follow-up of customer requests, maintaining clear and effective communication.
Customer Relationship: Maintain an ongoing relationship with clients to ensure an optimal experience.
Desired Profile:
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, especially by phone and videoconference.
Organization and Autonomy: Ability to work independently, with effective time management and task prioritization.
Team Spirit: Enjoy collaborating remotely with a close-knit team motivated by shared goals.
Experience: Customer service or related experience is an asset but not required.

Commentaire / ExplicationsI believe very well that this is a fraud, because big companies such as Randstad would never use zoom for interviews, they use either Teams or Googlemeet
I searched on the name (Fereshteh Hadisi) on linkedin & internet and found that someone was taking her cover and carrying out this fraudulent process.
I also realised that Randstad never used this email id: HR@randstadcareer.ca
