| Commentaire / Explications | The fraud began when I received a text message from someone claiming to be a staff member of Manpower Group. She offered me a remote online job that supposedly takes 30-60 minutes to complete and can earn between $200- $800 USD daily. She stated, "Our company exclusively uses WhatsApp and digital wallets because it is more convenient for the type of business we conduct. WhatsApp allows us to easily explain how things work to our customers." The contact number provided was +1 (863) 309-4309 and +1 (850) 852‑9016. I contacted her via WhatsApp and created a profile on the platform "datavectoi" to start my tasks. However, in the middle of completing the tasks, I noticed a negative balance on my profile, showing -$100 alongside potential earnings for completing the task (for example, 300 USD). I was informed that I needed to cover the negative balance with my own money by depositing funds into their crypto wallet. I deposited around 8000 CAD, but I was unable to finish the tasks. When I asked them for the weird and unprofessional method they provided vague and incomprehensible reasons.
